Kohl’s Donates More Than $16,000 to SoutheastHEALTH

Kohl’s Department Stores recently donated more than $16,000 to SoutheastHEALTH Foundation and the Kohl’s Youth Diabetes Care Network, a service of Southeast Diabetes Center.

The donation was presented to SoutheastHEALTH during the Foundation’s 2013 Princess Tea Party.

Foundation Board President Pete Poe says, “Kohl’s has been a great supporter of children’s hospitals and children’s health across the country. We are very fortunate to have such a great partner here in southeast Missouri. Along with the donations, which allow us to continue the Kohl’s Youth Diabetes Care Network, Kohl’s associates volunteer on a regular basis to make many of our community outreach events a success.”

Since 2006, Kohl’s has donated nearly $139,000 to SoutheastHEALTH.

Kohl's commitment is made possible through the Kohl's Cares® merchandise program. Through this initiative, Kohl’s sells $5 books and plush toys where 100 percent of net profit benefits children’s health and education programs nationwide.
