Partners in Education

SoutheastHEALTH partners with Central Middle School as part of the Cape Chambers Partners in Education Program.

Each month, Southeast sponsors the Student of the Month presentations, sending staff to personally congratulate students and presenting them with a bright orange ribbon. 

All Students of the Month are then treated to a pizza lunch at Lacey's on the Hill at Southeast Hospital.

In addition, all Students of the Month are treated to a special picnic in the spring by the Hospital.

Southeast also sponsors also activities and presentations during the school year.

Partners in Education activities are coordinated through Southeast's Marketing Department.

In addition, the Middle School students are asked to “give back” in any way they can. Middle School students have entertained Hospital visitors and staff with Christmas carols, created tray favors and cards with get-well wishes for patients, and made decorations for Hospital employee celebrations.
