The Commemorative Brick Garden presents a unique opportunity to be a part of a beautiful and lasting tribute.

The Foundation Commemorative Brick Garden offers the opportunity to have your name (or that of a loved one) etched onto a brick in the beautiful courtyard garden area at Southeast Hospital.

Partners Annual Support Program  
Partner members support the work of the SoutheastHEALTH Foundation through an annual designated gift. As a member you join in a partnership with Hospital employees, the medical staff and the community to provide quality care with compassion and concern.

Memorials & Tributes
You may offer a gift to the Foundation in memory of or in tribute to a loved one or friend in celebration of a special occasion. Gifts may be directed by the donor for a specific purpose.

Million Dollar Club
Donors who have accumulated gifts of $1,000 or more become permanent members of the Million Dollar Club and are recognized as such forever. Each new member of the Million Dollar Club will have the donor's name placed on the club recognition board in the main lobby of the Hospital.

Heritage Society

Members of the Heritage Society offer a bequest commitment to the SoutheastHEALTH Foundation.

Legacy Society

Members of the Legacy Society offer gifts of insurance or create annuity or trust agreements that will benefit Foundation in the future.
