Frankie Erlacker

Frankie Erlacker, PT, MHS

Executive Director of HealthPoint
Frankie Erlacker, PT, MHS is the Executive Director of HealthPoint Plaza. She received her Bachelor of Health Sciences degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri. She received her Master of Health Sciences from Washington University. She has worked in a variety of fields in physical therapy including cardiac rehab, neuro rehab, pediatrics, geriatrics, home health, orthopedics and sports medicine. Frankie started her own private practice in 1987 serving nursing homes, home health agencies and a small rural hospital and then worked in private practice with Brenda Nicolai PT, MHS, OCS and Joan Stehr, PT until selling the practice to Southeast Missouri Hospital in 1995. As Southeast Outpatient Rehab grew to include services in Jackson in 2002, Frankie was named the Director of Wellness and Main Street Fitness Center. When Healthpoint Plaza opened in 2004, she again was promoted to Executive Director of Rehab and Wellness. Frankie still enjoys seeing a few patients in her present position. She takes great pride in the development of the staff and the facilities in Cape and Jackson. The excellent staff has made the facilities the place of choice for rehab, wellness and fitness in the area.

Jason Emmenderfer

Jason Emmenderfer, PT, MBA, CSCS

Rehab Manager
Jason Emmenderfer PT, MBA, CSCS received a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Southeast Missouri State University in 1995 and a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1997. In 2007 he completed his Master of Business Administration-Healthcare Management emphasis through William Woods University. In addition, Jason is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He is a member of the NSCA and the American Physical Therapy Association. Jason has been a team member at HealthPoint Rehab since 1997. In 2004, Jason began serving as rehab manager of the Cape location and continues in that role in addition to treating patients on a daily basis. He has experience and continuing education in the treatment of orthopedic conditions with emphasis on manual therapy techniques.

Andrea Marchi

Andrea Marchi, PT, MBA, CSCS

Rehab Manager
Andrea Marchi, PT, MBA, CSCS received a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1997. She has worked as a member of the HealthPoint Rehab team since that time. In 1999 she became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Andrea received a Master of Business Administration-Healthcare emphasis from William Woods University in 2007. She has over 15 years experience working with orthopedic conditions and sports injuries and also has training in the specialty areas of TMJ disorders and osteoporosis. She currently serves as Rehab Manager and continues to see patients at the Jackson location. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Cory Beussink

Cory Beussink, MPT

Physical Therapist
Cory Beussink, MPT received a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Physical Therapy in 2008 from the University of Missouri. He has been a member of the HealthPoint Rehab team since that time. He works primarily in outpatient pediatric and adult neurological rehabilitation and also in aquatic rehabilitation with pediatric clients. He enjoys working with the HealthPoint Rehab team and is a firm believer in using the team approach to provide the highest quality of care and to help patients achieve their highest functional capabilities.

Amy Brookover

Amy Brookover, DPT

Physical Therapist
Amy Brookover, DPT graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2010. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Management from Southeast Missouri State University in 2006. Amy has been a member of the HealthPoint Rehab team since 2010 and her main interest is working with patients with orthopedic conditions. She is trained in the Movement Systems Impairment system of physical therapy diagnosis and treatment. Amy has also taken several continuing education courses in the treatment of hand and elbow conditions.

Chuck Dobbs

Chuck Dobbs, PT, ATC

Physical Therapist
Chuck Dobbs, PT, ATC graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University in 1993. In 2001, he became a Board Certified Athletic Trainer. Chuck has over 14 years of experience in the treatment of orthopedic conditions with emphasis on treatment of sports and work related injuries. Chuck is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association.

Malerie Essner

Malerie Essner, DPT

Physical Therapist
Malerie Essner, DPT graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Saint Louis University in 2010. She received a Bachelor of Exercise Science from Saint Louis University in 2008. Malerie has been a member of the HealthPoint Rehab team since 2012 and her main interest is working with patients with orthopedic conditions.

Paige Foeste

Paige Foeste, MA, CCC-SLP

Speech Therapist
Paige Foeste, MA, CCC-SLP graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Master of Arts Degree in Communication Disorders in 2012. She is a member of the American Speech Language-Hearing Association and is licensed in the state of Missouri. Paige has been a member of the HealthPoint Rehab team since 2012. She primarily works with the pediatric population. Paige’s areas of interest include speech and language disorders, oral motor disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, childhood/infant feeding disorders and autism spectrum disorders.

Ashley Jones

Angel Hase, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant
Angel Hase, PTA is a 2012 graduate of Southern Illinois University- Carbondale where she received a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She is licensed in the states of Missouri and Illinois and has been a member of the Healthpoint Rehab team since 2013. Angel works primarily in oncology rehabilitation with a focus on treatment of lymphedema, as well as in adult neurological rehabilitation. She is proud to work with the Healthpoint Rehab team and enjoys getting to know her patients while helping them to achieve their physical therapy goals.

Ashley Jones

Ashley Jones, MPT, MBA

Physical Therapist
Ashley Jones, MPT, MBA received a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Physical Therapy in 2003 from Maryville University. She joined the HealthPoint Rehab team in 2004. She received her Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Management in 2011. Ashley works with the orthopedic population. She has received training in specialty areas including Myofascial Release and vestibular/balance dysfunctions.

Allison Keith

Allison Keith, PT

Physical Therapist
Allison Keith, PT graduated from Maryville University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1988. Most of her experience has been in the outpatient orthopedic setting. Allison works at Healthpoint Rehab in Jackson and treats a variety of orthopedic and neurologic conditions of adolescents and adults. She is the Center Coordinator of Clinical Education (CCCE) for Healthpoint Rehab and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Vicki Keller

Vicki Keller, PT

Physical Therapist
Vicki graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1978. She has worked in a variety of settings including acute care, pediatrics, long term care, home health, and work hardening, but the majority of her career has been in outpatient orthopedics. Vicki operated her own outpatient physical therapy clinic for 12 years. She decided to close her business and joined the HealthPoint team in April 2007. She has received special education and training in the treatment of vestibular and balance dysfunctions. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. She has served as secretary of the Southeast district of the Missouri Physical Therapy Association and also as delegate to the National Convention.

Aaron Kuehle

Aaron Kuehle, PTA

Aaron Kuehle, PTA graduated from Penn Valley Community College in Kansas City, MO in 1996 with an Associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. He initially worked in an acute care setting at Southeast Hospital and joined the HealthPoint Rehab team in 1998. Aaron has experience and continuing education in the treatment of adult orthopedics, work conditioning and myofascial release conditions.

Ryan Livesay

Ryan Livesay PTA, ACSM

Physical Therapist Assistant
Ryan Livesay PTA, ACSM is a 2009 graduate of Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, where he received a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Since graduating from SIU, Ryan has experience in the outpatient setting where he has enjoyed working with the spine and various adult orthopedic conditions. In 2009, Ryan received his Personal Trainer Certification through the American College of Sports Medicine. Ryan’s primary interest includes manual therapy, aquatic therapy, and injury prevention. He is also an advocate in the transition from physical therapy to fitness. Ryan joined HealthPoint Rehab in 2010 and is a firm believer in the HealthPoint Rehab team approach that provides patients with highest quality care

Kristin McRaven

Kristin McRaven, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist
Kristin N. McRaven, OTR/L graduated from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 2002. She joined the HealthPoint Rehab team in 2005. Her primary area of practice is adult neurology, treating patients with traumatic brain injury, stroke and spinal cord injuries. She has experience with other conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease, muscular sclerosis and carpal tunnel syndrome. Additionally, she has experience with pediatrics and enjoys seeing them achieve their highest potential. Kristin has been trained in the use of the Bioness H200. She enjoys working with the excellent staff to improve patient outcomes.

Kurt Pfefferkorn

Kurt Pfefferkorn, MPT

Physical Therapist
Kurt Pfefferkorn, MPT received a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Southeast Missouri State University and a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He has worked at HealthPoint Rehab since 2000 and primarily works with the orthopedic patient population.

Kathleen Sebby

Kathleen Sebby, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant
Kathleen Sebby, PTA graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Recreation. After working several years as a recreational coordinator, she returned to Southern Illinois University and received her Associates degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 1994. She initially worked in outpatient and nursing home settings and joined the Healthpoint Rehab team in 1996. She works at both the Cape and Jackson locations and treats primarily adult orthopedics and aquatic therapy patients.

Amy Sparks

Amy Sparks, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist
Amy Sparks, OTR/L graduated from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 1998.  She joined Southeast Health in 2001 serving patients at both HealthPoint Rehab and Southeast Home Health.  She has experience working with pediatric, adult and geriatric populations.  She is actively involved in community outreach and has presented for several local support groups and organizations.  At HealthPoint, Amy primarily works with the pediatric population providing vision, developmental and sensory integration treatment.  She believes the team approach used at HealthPoint helps to provide our patients with the excellent level of care they deserve.

Paula Stout

Paula Stout, PT, DPT, CLT-LANA

Physical Therapist
Paula Stout, PT, DPT, CLT-LANA graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1998 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physical Therapy degree. She has been a member of the Healthpoint Rehab team since that time. In 1999 she attended the Academy of Lymphatic Studies and received certification in Manual Lymph Drainage/Complete Decongestive Physiotherapy and became certified by national exam through the Lymphology Association of North America (LANA) in 2000. Paula continued her education through the Arizona School of Health Sciences-A.T. Still University, and she graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and is a former Missouri Physical Therapy Association district president. Paula is also a member of the National Lymphedema Network and the International Society of Lymphology. Dr. Stout’s area of focus is oncology rehabilitation. In addition, Paula is trained in Myofasical Release treatments for patients with acute or chronic pain, headaches, or mobility restrictions. Dr. Stout is active in the Turning Point program for breast cancer survivors and other support groups offered through Southeast Cancer Center.

Cathy Tanksley

Cathy Tanksley, MA, CCC/SLP, CPCRT

Speech Therapist
Catherine Tanksley, MA, CCC/SLP, CPCRT graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Master of Arts in Speech Pathology in 1990. She maintains a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech Language-Hearing Association and is licensed in the state of Missouri. She is also certified in the process of cognitive rehabilitation by the Society of Cognitive Rehabilitation and Vital Stim as well as LSVT (Lee Silverman Voice Treatment) LOUD program. Her clinical experience includes providing care to patients in the intensive care, acute care, outpatient rehabilitation and long term care settings. Cathy has been a member of the Healthpoint Rehab team since 1999. Her main focus of treatment includes swallowing disorders, cognitive therapy, language disorders and voice disorders. She treats both pediatric and adult patients.

Katrina Voelker

Katrina Voelker, PT, MBA

Physical Therapist
Katrina Voelker, PT, MBA graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1995 and has worked primarily in outpatient sports medicine and orthopedics since that time. She was an assistant faculty member in the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Linn State Technical College while working in the Jefferson City area for 7 years. Katrina has returned home and been a member of the Healthpoint Rehab team since 2002. In 2011, she received her Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Management. She enjoys treating orthopedic and spine patients. Katrina also provides Myofasical Release treatments for patients with acute or chronic pain, headaches, or mobility restrictions. She believes in taking extra time to explain to patients their diagnosis, pathoanatomy and treatment plan so as to allow the patient an opportunity to take ownership in their recovery and optimize their recovery.
