Have you lost significant weight and are struggling to keep it off? As the holidays approach, could you benefit from extra support and accountability to maintain healthy lifestyle choices? SoutheastHEALTH’s “Reclaim” is a new program designed to help individuals recommit to their health.
Designed to “reclaim your health, your weight and your motivation,” the six-week program will involve one-hour sessions, beginning on Tuesday, Nov. 11, at 6 p.m. at HealthPoint Fitness in Cape Girardeau. The sessions include topics on meal planning, physical activity, nutrition updates and maintaining motivation. A variety of tracking strategies will be encouraged.
