Erin R. Pfeifer Named Vice President of Human Resources of SoutheastHEALTH

SoutheastHEALTH today announced the appointment of Erin Pfeifer as Vice President of Human Resources. She succeeds Senior Vice President Lincoln Scott, who will retire January 1, 2016.

Pfeifer, a native to Cape Girardeau, joined SoutheastHEALTH in May of 2011, and is currently Director of Compensation and Benefits for the health system. She has successfully led efforts in the areas of benefits, compensation, recruiting, and all other human resources functions across SoutheastHEALTH’s landscape. Pfeifer has pioneered new program development and infrastructure, and successful changes in the total rewards strategy actualizing system savings while sustaining improved benefit coverage for employees.

Pfeifer received a bachelor’s degree from Southeast Missouri State University and completed a Masters of Business Administration from the Southeast Missouri State University College of Business Program in 2006.
