You want to lose weight in 2018, maybe just eat healthier or resolve to take a brisk daily walk. That’s why more than 40 percent of us make New Year’s resolutions. But research suggests just about 8 percent of us achieve their New Year’s goals. Jack Hembree, Director of HealthPoint Fitness, discusses how to make those resolutions stick.
