- Apply Patricia Benner’s Theory of Novice To Expert to the Preceptor process.
- Discuss the role and responsibilities of a preceptor.
- Identify effective communication strategies to facilitate a positive experience for the mentee and the preceptor.
- Explain the role of constructive feedback in performance improvement.
