ATTENTION: Medicare Recipients
Effective January 1, 2020 The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services will no longer process claims without your new Medicare Number (MBI identifier) and all submissions will be denied. If you have not received your new card, please contact your local Social Security office to inquire of the status of your new card.
**PLEASE NOTE** even if you have a Medicare Advantage Plan, we must have your Medicare Card number to process your Medicare Advantage Plan claim.
