Non-English Speaking Individuals
Southeast Hospital
If you feel more comfortable speaking a language other than English, Southeast Hospital offers interpreters for all languages at no charge. This service is provided to patients and their support persons 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using an over-the-phone interpreter.
Southeast Health Center of Stoddard County
The AT&T Language Line service is available via phone to assist with interpretation for Limited English Proficiency patients.
Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Individuals
Southeast Hospital
Deaf and hard-of-hearing patients and/or their support persons who use American Sign Language (ASL) are provided Sign Language interpreters at no charge. On-site interpreters are available for scheduled appointments at all locations, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) is also offered at all locations and provides quick access to remote ASL interpreters.
Southeast Health Center of Stoddard County
The AT&T Language Line is offered to deaf and hard-of-hearing patients and/or their support persons. Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) services at no charge.
