Online Bill Pay Alert: Doxo.com

There is an online bill pay website called Doxo.com and while it appears to be affiliated with SoutheastHEALTH, it is NOT. Doxo.com is third-party website that allows people to pay bills via their site. Doxo.com, however, charges customers extra fees, and payments made through doxo.com are not delivered to the intended recipient right away. SoutheastHEALTH cannot control when we receive payments made through doxo.com.

To make sure you’re paying SoutheastHEALTH directly, pay your hospital or physician office bill using SoutheastHEALTH’s secure billing webpage or call us at 573.651.5511 (option 1) or 888.481.2854.

As always, if you receive suspicious phone calls or emails from someone claiming to be a representative of SoutheastHEALTH or Southeast Hospital and feel unsure, trust your instincts and contact us to verify. You can also send a message to our Billing Customer Service Team and a representative will contact you as soon as possible.

Below is a screenshot of the Google search result DOXO uses to get people to use their website to pay SoutheastHEALTH bills:
