mySEHealth provides easy online access to your own medical record by providing a secure online website that gives patients convenient 24-hour access to personal health information from anywhere with an internet connection. It allows you to create a valuable electronic health connection for you and your family.

mySEHealth patient portal streamlines communication between providers and patients, saves valuable time, improves quality of care, helps manage your dependent care (children, spouse or an aging parent), and so much more.

Stoddard County Patient Portal

The Southeast Health Center of Stoddard County Patient Portal is an online health electronic document management tool that includes a view of clinical data from your electronic medical record (EMR).

The clinical data on the patient portal includes:

  • Test results
  • Medications
  • Allergies
  • Immunizations
  • Health issues

Upon your discharge from our hospital, the email address you shared with us during the registration process will receive an auto-generated email from our electronic health record. This email will direct you to step-by-step instructions on how to access your personal medical record.
