Southeast Missouri is home to Jennifer Lang, who was born at Southeast Hospital and is now a part of the Southeast healthcare team, helping women and their families achieve an individualized birth experience and maintain good gynecological health.

She and her husband are the parents of four children. They enjoy spending time with family, friends and their fur babies. That includes taking short trips, seeing new things, encountering opportunities for new adventures and just enjoying life.

When it comes to women's healthcare needs, having a team approach is a real benefit. Jennifer Lang of Southeast Obstetrics and Gynecology shares more about the positive impact collaboration between midwives and physicians has on women's health.

When you're pregnant, diet and exercise play an important role. But did you know that proper hydration is just as important? Certified nurse midwife Jennifer Lang has more.

Dr. Michael Holland, DO, FACOG and Jennifer Lang, MSN, APRN, CNM of Southeast Obstetrics and Gynecology at Women First talk about midwifery and delivering your baby in a hospital versus at home. Is it right for you? Watch and learn.
