Dr. Francis joined Southeast in 2014 and is board certified with the American College of Pediatrics. She provides outstanding pediatrics care, from well child visits and sports physicals to evaluating and treating serious and complex illnesses. A country girl at heart, Dr. Francis is as comfortable in a muddy pair of jeans and a t-shirt as she is in a doctor's white coat and enjoys fishing and the outdoors. More than that, however, Dr. Francis loves to watch children grow up under her care and understands that delivering world-class medicine means more than treating patients—it means caring for families.
Is it a cold or the flu? When should you keep your child home from school? Dr. Kali Francis, a pediatrician with Southeast Pediatrics, explains the difference between the cold and flu.
Pediatrician Dr. Kali Francis explains "Reach Out and Read," a national program implemented by Southeast Pediatrics to encourage reading. Books are given to children ages 6 months to 5 years old at their well child checkup. SoutheastHEALTH Foundation has underwritten the costs of the first year of this program and is soliciting donations to continue the project.
Kali Francis, MD, Pediatrician at Southeast Pediatrics in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
