Overview
Dr. Kevin Vaught of Regional Brain & Spine is a board certified neurosurgeon providing patients with expert treatment of a variety of complex spine, brain and peripheral nerve conditions. He is exceptionally trained in the use of robotic surgical technology and was the first neurosurgeon in the United States to perform a sacroiliac joint (SI) fusion using the Mazor X™ robotic surgical platform. Dr. Vaught has held several leadership positions at Southeast Hospital, including Chief of Neurosurgery, Chair of the Continuing Medical Education Committee, and Physician Excellence Committee Member. He is a noted public speaker who has given presentations on numerous neurological topics. In his spare time, Dr. Vaught enjoys cycling, and he and his wife stay busy supporting the activities of their three sons.
