Strength and Conditioning
Our certified coaches constantly mix up this program so you get a fun, total-body workout. It combines Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, endurance and other dynamic movements. New to strength and conditioning? Foundation and boot camp sessions can get you started on the right foot. We also post a Workout of the Day just for strength and conditioning members. Fees are $40 a month for HealthPoint members, $90 for nonmembers.
Enjoy a wild ride in one of our dedicated cycling studios. Our spin classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Enthusiastic instructors will guide you up hills and across endurance-building plains.
