Our professionals provide custom instruction and can help you develop a fitness routine that works for you. And if your motivation wanes, we'll help you keep going.

Personal Training Benefits and Options

With your personal fitness coach, you'll get real-time feedback on your exercise form and technique. You'll know how to use equipment safely and make the most of your workout. Plus, you'll have the consistency of working with the same expert. These relationships can help you forge a strong commitment to your goals and wellness.

At HealthPoint, we provide a variety of personal training options. Our goal is to find the plan that works for your schedule, your goals and your budget.

One-on-one traditional personal training at the gym closest to you is always a great option. We also provide specialized fitness coaching:

  • Sports performance. Individualized attention can help athletes perform at their best. Our personal trainers design sport-specific training programs to help you meet your goals.
  • Online personal training. Your trainer will create a weekly workout based on your fitness level, goals and preferences. Work out when it’s best for you, then touch base with your trainer once a week. Your coach will adjust your workout as needed. This is a great way to make fitness fit into your schedule.

No matter what type of training is best for you, we suggest you start with a personal fitness assessment.

Personal Fitness Assessments

These annual evaluations are free to all members. They're a chance to check in and take stock of your current fitness level. For some people, these reviews act as the "before" as they start a new workout routine. For others, evaluations are a time to see the results of their hard work.

Your personal fitness assessment will include tests that estimate your body composition, gauge your cardiovascular health and more. Schedule your fitness assessment at the front desk or when you become a member.
