Director of Rehab
Andrea joined SoutheastHEALTH in 1997, opened SoutheastHEALTH's Outpatient Rehabilitation clinic located in Jackson, MO in 2002 and was promoted to HealthPoint Rehab Manager in 2004. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science, Physical Therapy Major degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia, Master of Business Administration degree from William Woods University and maintains certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
Andrea’s responsibilities as Director of Rehabilitation Services include HealthPoint Rehab Cape, HealthPoint Rehab Jackson, and Rehabilitation Services within Southeast Hospital.Geoff Enders, DPT
Rehab Manager & Physical Therapist
Geoff received a Bachelor of Health Science in 2010 and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012 from Maryville University. He joined the HealthPoint Rehab team in 2015 as an orthopedic physical therapist. His primary focus is treatment of orthopedic conditions, and he has a special interest in shoulder injuries in the overhead athlete. Geoff takes pride in building relationships with his patients so they can work together to achieve the patient's goals.Katrina Voelker, PT, MBA
Rehab Manager & Physical Therapist
Katrina graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1995 and has worked primarily in outpatient sports medicine and orthopedics since that time. She was an assistant faculty member in the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Linn State Technical College while working in the Jefferson City area for 7 years. Katrina has been a member of the HealthPoint Rehab team since 2002. In 2011, she received her Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Management and in 2019 she became vestibular and concussion certified through the American Institute of Balance. She enjoys treating orthopedic and spine patients. Katrina also provides Myofascial Release treatments for patients with acute or chronic pain, headaches, or mobility restrictions. She believes in taking extra time to explain to patients their diagnosis, anatomy and treatment plan so as to allow the patient an opportunity take ownership in their recovery and optimize their results..
Amy Brookover, DPT graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2010. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Management from Southeast Missouri State University in 2006. Amy has been a member of the HealthPoint Rehab team since 2010 and her main interest is working with patients with orthopedic conditions. Additionally, she has specialized in women’s health the last several years in areas including pelvic pain, incontinence, and pregnancy/postpartum related issues. |
Lillian Bull, MA, CCC-SLP Lillian Bull, MA, CCC-SLP, graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Master of Arts in Speech Language Pathology. She maintains a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association and is licensed by the Missouri Board of Healing Arts. Her clinical experience includes working in the Missouri Public School System with students in kindergarten through 12th grade and the birth to age three population through First Steps. She joined the SoutheastHEALTH Rehabilitation team in 2022. Her main focus at Healthpoint Rehab includes treating pediatric speech, language and feeding disorders. She enjoys collaborating with Physical and Occupational Therapy to treat the whole child. |
Taylor Brotherton, MOT, OTR/L graduated from University of Missouri- Columbia with a Master of Occupational Therapy in 2012. She joined the HealthPoint Rehab team in 2012. Her primary area of practice is pediatrics, and she is passionate about helping children thrive within their daily environments. She has experience with conditions such as autism, sensory disorders, cerebral palsy, and developmental delay. |
Dr. Amy David, DPT, ATC received a Bachelor of Health Administration with specialization in Athletic Training in 1999, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2010 from Mount St. Mary’s University. She then went on to complete a post-doctorate residency specializing in Orthopedics. She continued her professional growth as a professor in the DPT program at Mount St. Mary’s University teaching Therapeutic Exercise and Therapeutic Modalities. Dr. David joined the HealthPoint Rehab team in 2016. |
Kristan Dumas, OTD, OTR/L, CLT received her doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Washington University School of Medicine in 2017. From there her primary area of practice tailored towards oncology and oncology rehab, while working in an outpatient center catered towards cancer survivors. During this time, she obtained her STAR clinician (survivorship training and rehabilitation) certification, as well as certification as a lymphedema therapist through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. She has since joined the SoutheastHEALTH rehab team in 2021 to continue work in lymphedema management and oncology rehab. |
Angela Garrett, DPT, CLT-LANA graduated from Saint Louis University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and in 2012 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree. She joined SEHealth in 2013, first working in the acute hospital setting before transferring to the HealthPoint Rehab team in 2015. Angela has enjoyed working with a variety of patients including pediatrics, orthopedics, neurological, and aquatics since practicing. In 2015 she attended the Klose Training and Consulting and received certification in Manual Lymph Drainage/Complete Decongestive Therapy and became certified by national exam through the Lymphology Association of North America (LANA) in 2017. Her area of focus is now oncology rehabilitation and lymphedema management. She is active in the Turning Point program for breast cancer survivors and other support groups/educational programs offered through Southeast Cancer Center. |
Hannah Glueck, DPT graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Doctorate in physical therapy in 2013. She has been working in Southeast Missouri since this time but joined the HealthPoint rehab team in August of 2020. Her clinical interests include bone health, neurologic disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, stroke, vestibular disorders, and general gait/balance instability. Hannah received training in the LSVT BIG program, a specialized treatment program for those with Parkinson’s Disease. She also has experience treating orthopedic conditions. |
Kevin is a 1989 US Army graduate of their PTA MOS program. He completed his Bachelor's degree in K-12 Health Education in 1988 from Northeast Missouri State University and his Master's degree in Human Services Administration from Southeast Missouri State University. Kevin has been a member of the HealthPoint Rehab team since March 2021. His areas of interest include rehabilitation of orthopedic conditions and prevention, reduction and rehabilitation of athletes utilizing DorsaVi 3D movement assessments. He also enjoys competitive Masters level road racing and enjoys training running athletes in his spare time. |
Hayley Harris, DPT graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arkansas State University in May, 2017. She also received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Arkansas State University in 2014. Hayley joined the HealthPoint Rehab team in August, 2017 and is excited to begin her career with a dynamic and experienced team of physical therapists. She enjoys working with both orthopedic and pediatric patients. |
Aaron Kuehle, PTA graduated from Penn Valley Community College in Kansas City, MO in 1996 with an Associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. He initially worked in an acute care setting at Southeast Hospital and joined the HealthPoint Rehab team in 1998. Aaron has experience and continuing education in the treatment of adult orthopedics, work conditioning and myofascial release conditions. |
Kristin N. McRaven, OTR/L graduated from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 2002. She joined the HealthPoint Rehab team in 2005. Her primary area of practice is adult neurology, treating patients with traumatic brain injury, stroke and spinal cord injuries. She has experience with other conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease, muscular sclerosis and carpal tunnel syndrome. Additionally, she has experience with pediatrics and enjoys seeing them achieve their highest potential. Kristin enjoys working with the excellent staff to improve patient outcomes. |
Amber Oliphant, MPT, OCS received a Master of Physical Therapy degree in 2004 and a Bachelor of Health Science degree in 2003 from from Maryville University of St. Louis. She obtained Orthopedic Specialist Certification in 2017 and her main interest is in orthopedics and manual therapy. Amber has been a member of the Healthpoint Rehab team since 2021. |

Kurt Pfefferkorn, MPT received a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Southeast Missouri State University and a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He has worked at HealthPoint Rehab since 2000 and primarily works with the orthopedic patient population. |
Catherine Tanksley, MA, CCC/SLP, CPCRT graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Master of Arts in Speech Pathology in 1990. She maintains a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech Language-Hearing Association and is licensed in the state of Missouri. She is also certified in the process of cognitive rehabilitation by the Society of Cognitive Rehabilitation and Vital Stim as well as LSVT (Lee Silverman Voice Treatment) LOUD program. Her clinical experience includes providing care to patients in the intensive care, acute care, outpatient rehabilitation and long term care settings. Cathy has been a member of the Healthpoint Rehab team since 1999. Her main focus of treatment includes swallowing disorders, cognitive therapy, language disorders and voice disorders. She treats both pediatric and adult patients. |
Allison Keith, PT graduated from Maryville University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1988. Most of her experience has been in the outpatient orthopedic setting. Allison works at Healthpoint Rehab in Jackson and treats a variety of orthopedic and neurologic conditions of adolescents and adults. She is the Center Coordinator of Clinical Education (CCCE) for Healthpoint Rehab and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. |
Vicki graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1978. She has worked in a variety of settings including acute care, pediatrics, long term care, home health, and work hardening, but the majority of her career has been in outpatient orthopedics. Vicki operated her own outpatient physical therapy clinic for 12 years. She decided to close her business and joined the HealthPoint team in April 2007. She has received special education and training in the treatment of vestibular and balance dysfunctions. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. She has served as secretary of the Southeast district of the Missouri Physical Therapy Association and also as delegate to the National Convention. |
Lisa Mouser, DPT graduated from Maryville University of St. Louis in 2017 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She also attended Maryville University for her Bachelors of Science in Health Science. Dr. Mouser joined the Healthpoint Rehab team in February of 2018. She is excited to have the opportunity to work with such knowledgeable and talented team of therapists. She enjoys working with patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions, and will also be focusing on assisting our team in lymphedema management. |
Amanda Schneider, DPT graduated from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2021. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University in 2007. Amanda joined the HealthPoint Rehab team in 2021 with her main interests in vestibular rehabilitation and working with adults to adolescents of various orthopedic conditions. |
Jenny Massey, DPT, is Director of Outpatient Rehab. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Williams Baptist College. Massey earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Arkansas State University. She holds FTN Movement Specialist Certification and certification in Personalized Blood Flow Restrict Rehabilitation Therapy. |

Alexandra Russell, DPT, graduated from Truman State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis, Program in Physical Therapy. She is a Certified Lymphedema specialist and also has extensive experience with orthopedic, chronic pain and vestibular dysfunction rehabilitation. |
