We offer a wide range of physical medicine and rehabilitation services for people who have physical impairments or disabilities as a result of a condition or injury affecting the brain, spinal cord, nerves or musculoskeletal system.

Our board-certified physiatrist and experienced support staff offer services that can help you improve your quality of life and your ability to perform daily activities.

Treatments and services we offer include disability evaluations, medications and referrals to physical therapy. We can also provide injections, such as Botox injections for migraines and trigger point injections for muscle pain or muscle stiffness and spasms.

If your treatment includes a referral to physical therapy, our physiatrist will work closely with your therapists and continue to monitor your treatment progress.
