graphic300x150We train together in a team environment, led by a certified CrossFit coaching staff. Known as “The Sport of Fitness,” CrossFit is a constantly changing training program that combines:

  • Olympic weightlifting
  • Powerlifting
  • Gymnastics
  • Endurance (running, swimming, biking and rowing)
  • Many other dynamic and fun movements

New to CrossFit?

  • New to CrossFit? You must first complete the CrossFit Boot Camp classes. These FREE classes introduce you to all of the fundamental movements of CrossFit.
  • Boot Camp sessions are offered Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 9 a.m. You must preregister at least 24 hours in advance for all Boot Camp Classes by emailing Amy Sutherlin at asutherlin@sehealth.org or by calling 573-986-4421. You will receive confirmation of your place in the Boot Camp Class from our trainers.
  • THREE private boot camp sessions are also available for only $90. These can be combined with your free sessions if you desire additional training.
  • If you have participated in CrossFit at another location, you do not need to attend Boot Camp. You can jump right into the regular workouts (WODs).

Sign-Up Process

Once you’ve completed Boot Camp and are ready to sign up for HealthPoint CrossFit, please visit our front desk to fill out an enrollment form. When your application is processed, we will contact you with login information to access the online class schedule.

Class size is limited to ensure that all participants receive appropriate coaching. Registration is required.

CrossFit Fees

HealthPoint members: $35 per month

Non-members: $90 per month

These fees allow access to up to three classes a week. We believe that three CrossFit workouts per week, in addition to other activities you may be participating in at HealthPoint, will result in significant improvements in health and fitness without the risk of overtraining.

You may cycle in and out of the program on a monthly basis, with 2-weeks’ notice. If you have specific questions or concerns, contact Amy Sutherlin 573-986-4421 or asutherlin@sehealth.org.
