Water Running

  • Taught in shallow end of the pool

H2O Challenge

  • High Intensity, cardiovascular training incorporates use of resistance equipment along with cardio training and fun water fitness routines

Kick Fit

  • High Intensity, cardiovascular training, focuses on improving cardiovascular capacity and strength
  • Build stamina and improves kicking technique
  • Targets problem areas including abs, buttocks, hips and thighs
  • Class not recommended for non-swimmers. Kick boards and swim buoys provided, Participants must bring fins

H2O Interval

  • Medium High Intensity class uses progression of intensity intervals and recovery periods for a total body workout

Aqua Fun-Addicts

  • Medium-High Intensity class taught differently each time providing stimulus to the body
