Just for Families and Kids

HealthPoint Fitness offers families and children a wide array of opportunities to enjoy fitness at our facilities. With special camps and programs like Kids Bee Fit, your child can begin to form fitness habits that last a lifetime.

Child Care (Ages Six Weeks to 10 Years)

Our Kids' Klubhouse area provides quality, fitness and wellness-related activities for children ages six weeks through six years.

If your child is less than one year old, or is not yet walking, please call two hours in advance for reservations to ensure proper staffing.

Klubhouse Hours

For your convenience, our Klubhouse is available:

Cape Facility:
Monday –Thursday: 8 AM – 8 PM
Fridays: 8 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturdays: 8 – 1 PM 

Jackson Facility:
Monday – Thursday: 8  – 11:30 AM and 3:30 – 7:30 PM
Friday: 8 – 11:30 AM 
Saturdays: 8 – 11 AM 

Fees

You can purchase a punch card or pay per visit.

Member: $2.50
Non-Member: $4.00
Member Punch Card: $40.00 (punch card is for 20 visits)
Non-Member Punch Card: $60.00

Family Time (Exclusively at Cape)

Family Time is included with your membership. Spend a fun-filled day with your family at HealthPoint Fitness. You and your children can participate in activities like basketball, swimming and ping-pong.

Family Time is for HealthPoint members and their children 11 years old and younger. Parents are required to stay with their children at all times. Use of weight/cardio equipment is not permitted.

Hours

Family Time is offered at our Cape location only. No reservations are required.

Fridays: 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Saturdays: Noon – 4 p.m.
Sundays: 1 p.m.– 3 p.m.

Kids Programs

Our kids programs are a fun way for your child to develop healthy lifestyle habits while developing and improving athletic skills.

Fit Kids/Boot Camp(Ages 6 – 10)

Ready, Set, Go! Boot camp drills combined with motivation and lots of energy make this class a great workout. Your child will build confidence, endurance and skill — all while having fun.

Mondays and Thursdays: 4:15-5:15 p.m.
Fee: $3.00 per class
Parents are required to stay in the building while their child is participating in Boot Camp.

HealthPoint Fitness Power Club (Ages 11 and Up)

Supervised Youth Weight Lifting Program for Sports and Fitness is a new weight training program geared toward the area's youth. Whether you're trying to reach the next level as an athlete or just getting started, this program is for you.

Participants are always under the supervision of trained fitness professionals with nationally-recognized certifications in personal training, strength and conditioning.. Correct lifting technique will be taught and expected of all participants.

Two to three sessions per week is the standard recommendation. You pay by the session and no contracts are required.

HealthPoint Learn to Swim Program

This program offers various swim lessons and classes for babies, kids and adults.

HealthPoint Warriors (Ages 10 – 13)

This program focuses on overall fitness and techniques to help improve body awareness, functional movement and more. Participants gain confidence as they learn basic functional movement patterns, focusing on different techniques and utilizing multiple energy systems. All of this is delivered in a FUN team atmosphere.

Fee: $57 per month.

Kids Bee Fit (Ages 2 – 6)

Children play musical games, dance and let off lots of steam. Parents can chill out in our café area or enjoy their own workout (fitness passes available for purchase for non-members). Kids get expert supervision and have fun! It’s a honey of a way to stay fit! Pre-registration is not required.

Youth/Pediatric Personal Training

Personal training isn't just for adults! Many children need to fine tune their fitness levels to get weight under control, increase their exercise level or obtain sport-specific training. Learn more about personal training for kids.

Programs for Children and Adults with Special Needs

Camp Super Nova is designed for children and adults with special needs. Camps are divided into two age groups, 5to12 years and 12toadult. We offer four to five events at our Jackson facility each year.
