Pickleball & Racquetball
Pickleball is a paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.
Pickleball combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong and is played on a badminton-sized court and a slightly modified tennis net.
The game can be played as doubles or singles with a paddle and a plastic ball with holes. HealthPoint in Cape has a pickleball court and provides equipment for member use or you may bring your own.

Racquetball is another popular racquet sport that is played on a self-contained court. But unlike tennis or badminton, there is no net to hit the ball over and no out of bounds area. Racquetball games can be played with two, three or four players, with doubles or singles matches being most common.
HealthPoint in Jackson has a racquetball court available for member use. Court time can be reserved up to one week out. If the court is not reserved, it is available for open play. A challenge ladder is posted for those who are interested in competitive play. Equipment is also available or you may bring your own.
