HealthPoint Strength and Conditioning

We train together in a team environment, led by a certified coaching staff. HealthPoint Strength and Conditioning is a constantly changing training program that combines:

  • Olympic weightlifting
  • Powerlifting
  • Gymnastics
  • Endurance (running, swimming, biking and rowing)
  • Many other dynamic and fun movements

New to Strength and Conditioning?

  • Foundations sessions are offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 9:30 a.m. To find out when the next sessions are being offered, please contact Amy Sutherlin at asutherlin@sehealth.org or by calling 573-986-4421. The cost for this program is $20.
  • THREE private boot camp sessions are also available for only $90.
  • If you have participated in high intensity training at another location, you do not need to attend Boot Camp. You can jump right into the regular workouts (WODs).

NOTE: Class size is limited to ensure that all participants receive appropriate coaching. Registration is required.

Fees

HealthPoint members: $40 per month

Non-members: $90 per month

These fees allow access to up to three classes a week. We believe that three workouts per week, in addition to other activities you may be participating in at HealthPoint, will result in significant improvements in health and fitness without the risk of overtraining.

You may cycle in and out of the program on a monthly basis, with 2-weeks’ notice. If you have specific questions or concerns, contact Amy Sutherlin 573-986-4421 or asutherlin@sehealth.org.
